Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Lady finger 1/4 kgs

  • Gramflour 1/2 tbsp

  • Cornflour or Carrot Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Wash ladyfingers and dry them

  • 02

    Cut them lengthwise

  • 03

    Add little salt cornflour and gramflour in it

  • 04

    Keep it for some time

  • 05

    Heat oil

  • 06

    Fry ladyfinger till crispy and brown

  • 07

    pour salt and red chilli powder over it
