  • Gram flour 2 cups

  • turmeric powder 2 tsp

  • Onion-medium sized(finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Gartlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Salt 2 tbsp

  • Yoghurt 1 cups

    Take a bowl add half gram flour then add onion, 1teaspoon red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

    Add 1/4cup water and mix it well.

    Add baking soda mix it well then take a pan add oil then make pakora from the mixture and deep fry it till it golden brown on medium flame.

    Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add mustard seeds when it pop up add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste fry for 1min.

    Take a bowl add gram flour then add 1glass water mix it well then put it in pan and fry this on medium flame for 20min.

    After 20min add water as per requirements and salt to taste cook for 5min.

    Add pakora in kadhi and cook for 2min then turn off the flame.

    Whisk the curd then mix it in kadhi.

    Yummy pakora kadhi is ready to serve serve it with steamed Rice
