First Soak the soya granules in hot water for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes, squeeze out the water from it.
Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds, green cardamom and cloves into it, saute it and then add chopped onions into it.
As the onions become translucent, then add ginger-garlic paste into it, saute it well and then add all the dry masalas and salt into it. Stir all on low flame and then add tomato puree into it, cook it well and then add peas and 1/2 cup of water into it. Stir it on medium flame and then cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes. Then add soya granules into it, stir it and then add 1/2cup of water into it. Stir it well & cook it well on medium flame and then add lemon juice & coriander leaves into it,mix it and then switch off the flame.
Serve it by garnishing it with some coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
