Cut one makhana in 4pieces in the same way cut all the makhana.
Take a pan add ghee then deep fry all the makhana till it light brown.
Take a pan add sugar then add 1/4cup water cook till it thickens.
After 1min add milk (use milk in making sugar syrup is to clean the syrup)
When syrup thickens turn off the flame and mix makhana in it.
You can give this any shape or you can use this in popcorn shape.
