Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups foxnut/lotus seeds/makhana


  • 1 cups ghee


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp milk

Directions

  • Cut one makhana in 4pieces in the same way cut all the makhana.
  • Take a pan add ghee then deep fry all the makhana till it light brown.
  • Take a pan add sugar then add 1/4cup water cook till it thickens.
  • After 1min add milk (use milk in making sugar syrup is to clean the syrup)
  • When syrup thickens turn off the flame and mix makhana in it.
  • You can give this any shape or you can use this in popcorn shape.
  • Healthy and tasty Makhana Paag is ready.
