  • 1 nos ripe mango -medium sized

  • 1 nos raw mango-small sized

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cups ice cubes


  • Peel both the mangoes and remove all the pulp.
  • Take a cooker add pulp then add 1/4cup water and cook till it 3-4whistle.
  • After mangoes cool completely then blend it in fine paste.
  • Take a pan add sugar then add 1glass water dissolve it on heat then turn off the flame.
  • We can't make syrup we only dissolve it.
  • Take a big bowl add mangoes puree then add sugar water mix it well then add 1/2glass chilled water (add water according to consistency).
  • Put it in refrigerator for 1-2hours and served chilled with ice cubes.
