Take maida , salt, carron seeds in a bowl and knead it to soft dough. And Keep it aside
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutter add onion , green chilli and salt to taste. Let onion turn translucent.
Add mince chicken and cover for a minute. Add boiled potato , meat masala and salt , mix it well and cover.
Roll a roti with the dough and with a knife cut it in square. Join all edges in centre and flip it. Take some mixture and put it in centre , grate some cheese on top and Join each edge and with use of water bind it. Next flip it and open each petal.
Brush some oil and bake for 5 minutes.
For chutney take all ingredients and grind it to smooth paste along with ice cubes.
