Serves : 5
  • 1 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp almond paste

  • 10 piece almond(finely chopped)

  • 1 cups oil

  • 1 cups milk


  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour and rice flour mix it well.
  • Add ghee rub it with hands.
  • Add badam paste mix it well.
  • Add milk to make soft dough.
  • Keep it aside for 10min.
  • Take a pan add sugar then add 1/4cup water cook till one string.
  • Sprinkle cardamom powder mix it well then turn off the flame.
  • After 10min make triangle shape Papdi from the dough.
  • Take a pan add oil then fry all the Papdi on low flame till it golden brown.
  • Dip all the Papdi in sugar syrup and keep it aside for 5min.
  • Serve badam Papdi with garnish of almond.
