Ingredients

Serves 5

  • All purpose flour 1 cups

  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Almond Paste 1 tbsp

  • Almond(finely chopped) 10 piece

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Milk 1 cups

Directions

    Take a bowl add all purpose flour and rice flour mix it well.

    Add ghee rub it with hands.

  • 03

    Add badam paste mix it well.

  • 04

    Add milk to make soft dough.

  • 05

    Keep it aside for 10min.

    Take a pan add sugar then add 1/4cup water cook till one string.

    Sprinkle cardamom powder mix it well then turn off the flame.

    After 10min make triangle shape Papdi from the dough.

    Take a pan add oil then fry all the Papdi on low flame till it golden brown.

    Dip all the Papdi in sugar syrup and keep it aside for 5min.

    Serve badam Papdi with garnish of almond.
