Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/4 cups wheat flour


  • 1/4 cups rice flour


  • 1 1/2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds


  • 1 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups besan bhujiya


  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • Take a bowl add wheat flour, all purpose flour, rice flour mix it.
  • Add ghee, salt, carom seeds mix it well.
  • Add water to make dough and keep it aside for 10min.
  • Take a bowl add bhujiya and chaat masala mix it up.
  • After 10min knead the dough once again then make ball from the dough and then fill the ball with bhujiya.
  • Give it the potli shape.
  • Take a pan add oil then fry all the potli till it golden brown on low flame.
  • Serve it with tomato sauce and sprinkle bhujiya and coriander leaves on it.
