All purpose flour 1/2 cups
Wheat flour 1/4 cups
Rice flour 1/4 cups
Ghee 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 cups
Besan bhujiya 1/2 cups
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Take a bowl add wheat flour, all purpose flour, rice flour mix it.
Add ghee, salt, carom seeds mix it well.
Add water to make dough and keep it aside for 10min.
Take a bowl add bhujiya and chaat masala mix it up.
After 10min knead the dough once again then make ball from the dough and then fill the ball with bhujiya.
Give it the potli shape.
Take a pan add oil then fry all the potli till it golden brown on low flame.
Serve it with tomato sauce and sprinkle bhujiya and coriander leaves on it.
