Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups rice(steamed)


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 5 tbsp yoghurt


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Directions

  • Take a pan add ghee then add cumin seeds saute.
  • Add steamed rice and 1 tablespoon water fry for 2min.
  • Add salt mix it well and keep it aside to cool.
  • Take a jar add rice, yogurt and coriander leaves blend it in fine paste.
  • Take a serving bowl add curd rice and sprinkle some cumin powder.
