Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Rice(steamed) 1 cups

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Yoghurt 5 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a pan add ghee then add cumin seeds saute.

  • 02

    Add steamed rice and 1 tablespoon water fry for 2min.

  • 03

    Add salt mix it well and keep it aside to cool.

  • 04

    Take a jar add rice, yogurt and coriander leaves blend it in fine paste.

  • 05

    Take a serving bowl add curd rice and sprinkle some cumin powder.
