Ingredients

  • boneless chicken fillets 9-10 nos

  • Onion Chopped 2 nos

  • Garlic Cloves 3-4 nos

  • Ginger Grated 1/2 piece

  • Salt 2 pinch

  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Butter 50 gms

  • Bread Slices 2-3 nos

  • Lemons Juice 1 nos

  • Beaten Egg 1 nos

  • Mint Leaves 10-12 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 cups

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • Haldi Powder 2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp

  • gravy- ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Bay Leaves 2-3 nos

  • Oil 4-5 tbsp

  • Green Chillies-chopped 2-3 nos

  • Lemon juice 1 nos

  • grind to smooth paste- onins sliced & deep fried 4 nos

  • plain yoghurt 1 cups

  • roasted white sesame seeds 1/2 cups

  • fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • tomato puree 1 cups

  • milk 1/2 cups

Directions

    preheat oven to 200c & grease baking tray

  • 02

    blend chicken mince with onions, ginger garlic, salt, garam masala..red chilli..butter, bread slices,egg,mint-coriander,green chillies to smooth paste & make dough

  • 03

    divide dough into equal size balls. take a small portion of mixture & stick it to the wooden skewer just like seekh kabab. arrange them in greased tray, brush little oil on top & bake for 15-20 minutes or until done . remove the skewer from the seekh & keep aside

    for gravy: heat oil in deep pan . add bay leaves, ginger garlic paste dry masalas & cook for few seconds. add water , prepared onion paste, & let it simmer on medium flame.

    once the oil floats on top add the seekh kababs .

    garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with garlic nan
