boneless chicken fillets 9-10 nos
Onion Chopped 2 nos
Garlic Cloves 3-4 nos
Ginger Grated 1/2 piece
Salt 2 pinch
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Butter 50 gms
Bread Slices 2-3 nos
Lemons Juice 1 nos
Beaten Egg 1 nos
Mint Leaves 10-12 nos
Coriander Leaves 1 cups
green chillies 2 nos
Haldi Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
gravy- ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Bay Leaves 2-3 nos
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Green Chillies-chopped 2-3 nos

grind to smooth paste- onins sliced & deep fried 4 nos
plain yoghurt 1 cups
roasted white sesame seeds 1/2 cups
fresh cream 1/2 cups
tomato puree 1 cups
milk 1/2 cups
Directions
preheat oven to 200c & grease baking tray
blend chicken mince with onions, ginger garlic, salt, garam masala..red chilli..butter, bread slices,egg,mint-coriander,green chillies to smooth paste & make dough
divide dough into equal size balls. take a small portion of mixture & stick it to the wooden skewer just like seekh kabab. arrange them in greased tray, brush little oil on top & bake for 15-20 minutes or until done . remove the skewer from the seekh & keep aside
for gravy: heat oil in deep pan . add bay leaves, ginger garlic paste dry masalas & cook for few seconds. add water , prepared onion paste, & let it simmer on medium flame.
once the oil floats on top add the seekh kababs .
garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with garlic nan
