Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 nos big beetroot


  • 3 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp green chilli, ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 cups mozarella cheese or processed cheese


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 tbsp oil for frying


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Directions

  • Boil beetroot , grate it nd keep aside
  • Boil nd mashed potatoes
  • In a bowl mix beetroot , potatoes , salt, black ppr pd, chaat masala, hara masala, red chilli pd
  • Mix well to a smooth dough
  • Mix breadcrumbs nd cornflour for binding
  • After binding flaten into your palms
  • Place the cheese cubes in center nd make round balls and dip into breadcrums
  • Take a appe pan pour 2 to 4 drops of oil in each nd place all d balls nd fry fr 3 mins each on both sides
  • Remove and serve with chutney or ketchup
