  • boneless chicken 300 gms

  • hung curd 1/2 bowls

  • cream 50 ml

  • cashew nut paste 1 tsp

  • ginger garlic chilli paste 1 tsp

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

  • oil 5 tsp

  • skivers 4-5 nos

Directions

  • 01

    cut chicken into small pieces

  • 02

    add curd . salt ginger garlic chilli paste . cream and 2 tspn oil

  • 03

    mix it well . let it marinate for 4 hrs

  • 04

    arrange chicken pieces on skivers.
