Peeled, washed and grated potatoes 4-5 nos
Peeled washed and grated carrots 2 nos
capsicum cut in julians 1 nos
Refined flour 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Corriander leaves 1/2 cups
Shejwan souce 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
chat masala 1 tsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Oil for frying 2 cups
Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add potatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for two minutes.
Add refined flour in it. Mix well and soute for 5min.
Switch off the flame.
Transfer this mixture in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper, bread crumbs, chat masala, mix herbs, corriander leaves and shajwan sauce in it. Mix well.
Divide the mixture in to equal portions and make round balls.
Deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.
Drain out on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot.
