Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4-5 nos peeled, washed and grated potatoes


  • 2 nos peeled washed and grated carrots


  • 1 nos capsicum cut in julians


  • 4 tbsp refined flour


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 cups corriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp shejwan souce


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp mix herbs


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.
  • Add potatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for two minutes.
  • Add refined flour in it. Mix well and soute for 5min.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Transfer this mixture in a bowl.
  • Add salt and pepper, bread crumbs, chat masala, mix herbs, corriander leaves and shajwan sauce in it. Mix well.
  • Divide the mixture in to equal portions and make round balls.
  • Deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.
  • Drain out on absorbent paper.
  • Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot.
