Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Peeled, washed and grated potatoes 4-5 nos

  • Peeled washed and grated carrots 2 nos

  • capsicum cut in julians 1 nos

  • Refined flour 4 tbsp

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Corriander leaves 1/2 cups

  • Shejwan souce 2 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Mix herbs 1 tsp

  • Oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.

    Add potatoes, carrots and capsicum in it and saute for two minutes.

    Add refined flour in it. Mix well and soute for 5min.

    Switch off the flame.

  • 05

    Transfer this mixture in a bowl.

    Add salt and pepper, bread crumbs, chat masala, mix herbs, corriander leaves and shajwan sauce in it. Mix well.

    Divide the mixture in to equal portions and make round balls.

  • 08

    Deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.

  • 09

    Drain out on absorbent paper.

  • 10

    Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot.
