FOR CHUTNEY: - wash and mix all ingredients in a mixer jar. Grind it without using water. It's ready.
FOR OUTER COVERING: - grate potatoes in a bowl.
Add cheese, Bread crumbs, salt and pepper in it. Mix well and knead a soft dough.
Take a small portion of potato mixture and flatten on ur palm.
Spread a layer of green chutney on it.
Close it carefully and seal well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry these chutney bomb until golden brown.
Drain out on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with green chutney.
