Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 5-6 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cups grated cottage cheese


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 2 cups oil for frying as required


  • 1/2 cups for chutney: - mint leaves


  • 1 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 2 nos garlic cloves


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • FOR CHUTNEY: - wash and mix all ingredients in a mixer jar. Grind it without using water. It's ready.
  • FOR OUTER COVERING: - grate potatoes in a bowl.
  • Add cheese, Bread crumbs, salt and pepper in it. Mix well and knead a soft dough.
  • Take a small portion of potato mixture and flatten on ur palm.
  • Spread a layer of green chutney on it.
  • Close it carefully and seal well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Deep fry these chutney bomb until golden brown.
  • Drain out on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
