Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Grated Pumpkin 1 cups

  • Whole Wheat Flou 1/2 cups

  • Oats 1/4 cups

  • Jowar flour 1/4 cups

  • Ginger grated 1 tsp

  • Dried Mint leaves 1 tsp

  • Carom seeds 1 tsp

  • Green Chillies,chopped 2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Take wheat flour oats, Jowar flour, carom seeds, dried mint leaves, salt, turmeric powder and grated pumpkin.

    Mix everything to form a soft dough.

    Keep the dough aside for half an hour.

  • 04

    Make medium sized ball and roll them out.

  • 05

    Roast the parantha with little oil from both sides.

  • 06

    Serve the paranthas hot with some butter or pickles.
