Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups grated pumpkin


  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flou


  • 1/4 cups oats


  • 1/4 cups jowar flour


  • 1 tsp ginger grated


  • 1 tsp dried mint leaves


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 2 nos green chillies,chopped


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take wheat flour oats, Jowar flour, carom seeds, dried mint leaves, salt, turmeric powder and grated pumpkin.
  • Mix everything to form a soft dough.
  • Keep the dough aside for half an hour.
  • Make medium sized ball and roll them out.
  • Roast the parantha with little oil from both sides.
  • Serve the paranthas hot with some butter or pickles.
