clean sheek brain and boil and keep separately
ginger,garlic, coconut and green chilly to be grinded in mixer grinder
Fry the grinded mixture in coconut oil and shallow fry with spring onion
Add milk and milkgova along with Himalayan rock salt as required
Add boiled sheek brain and add kashmiri chilly powder and boil
Add coriander leaves and pudina leaves for topping
