Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 pinch ginger


  • 10 nos garlic cloves


  • 4 nos green chilly


  • 50 gms coconut


  • 50 ml milk


  • 25 gms milkgova


  • 1 nos spring onion


  • 1 tsp kashmiri chilly powder


  • 1/4 nos capsicum


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves


  • 1 sprig pudhina


  • 250 gms sheek brain(4 nos)


  • 50 ml coconut oil

Directions

  • clean sheek brain and boil and keep separately
  • ginger,garlic, coconut and green chilly to be grinded in mixer grinder
  • Fry the grinded mixture in coconut oil and shallow fry with spring onion
  • Add milk and milkgova along with Himalayan rock salt as required
  • Add boiled sheek brain and add kashmiri chilly powder and boil
  • Add coriander leaves and pudina leaves for topping
