Ingredients
Serves 4
Bread Slices 8 nos
Cabbage(grated) 1/4 cups
Carrot(grated) 1/4 cups
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Capsicum-medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos
Oil 1 cups
Salt 2 tsp
Ginger(grated) 1 inch
Garlic Cloves(finely chopped) 4 nos
Green Chili(finely chopped) 1 piece
Onion-medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos
Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves(finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Directions
Take a jar add bread blend it in fine powder.
Take a bowl add grated cabbage, carrot, then add bread crumbs, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon soya sauce mix it well.
Make ball from the mixture.
Take a pan add oil then fry all the ball till it golden brown.
Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger, garlic, green chilli saute.
Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min then add all the sauce, vinegar fry for 2min.
Take a bowl add corn flour and 1spoon water mix it well then put it in pan and add 1/4 glass water cook for 2min.
Add manchurian ball cook for 5min then sprinkle coriander leaves.
Bread Manchurian is ready to serve serve it with Chowmein.
