Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Bread Slices 8 nos

  • Cabbage(grated) 1/4 cups

  • Carrot(grated) 1/4 cups

  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp

  • Capsicum-medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Ginger(grated) 1 inch

  • Garlic Cloves(finely chopped) 4 nos

  • Green Chili(finely chopped) 1 piece

  • Onion-medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilli Sauce 1 tsp

  • Red Chilli Sauce 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves(finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a jar add bread blend it in fine powder.

    Take a bowl add grated cabbage, carrot, then add bread crumbs, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon soya sauce mix it well.

    Make ball from the mixture.

    Take a pan add oil then fry all the ball till it golden brown.

    Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger, garlic, green chilli saute.

    Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min then add all the sauce, vinegar fry for 2min.

    Take a bowl add corn flour and 1spoon water mix it well then put it in pan and add 1/4 glass water cook for 2min.

    Add manchurian ball cook for 5min then sprinkle coriander leaves.

    Bread Manchurian is ready to serve serve it with Chowmein.
