Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 nos bread slices


  • 1/4 cups cabbage(grated)


  • 1/4 cups carrot(grated)


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 nos capsicum-medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 cups oil


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 inch ginger(grated)


  • 4 nos garlic cloves(finely chopped)


  • 1 piece green chili(finely chopped)


  • 1 nos onion-medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves(finely chopped)

Directions

  • Take a jar add bread blend it in fine powder.
  • Take a bowl add grated cabbage, carrot, then add bread crumbs, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon soya sauce mix it well.
  • Make ball from the mixture.
  • Take a pan add oil then fry all the ball till it golden brown.
  • Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger, garlic, green chilli saute.
  • Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min then add all the sauce, vinegar fry for 2min.
  • Take a bowl add corn flour and 1spoon water mix it well then put it in pan and add 1/4 glass water cook for 2min.
  • Add manchurian ball cook for 5min then sprinkle coriander leaves.
  • Bread Manchurian is ready to serve serve it with Chowmein.
