Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer-(cube chopped) 200 gms

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp

  • Soya Sauce 2 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Ginger(grated) 1 inch

  • Garlic(finely chopped) 5 piece

  • Onion-medium sized (finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Capsicum(medium sized-finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilli Sauce 1 tsp

  • Red Chilli Sauce 1 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add panner then add soya sauce, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon corn flour mix it well.

    Take a pan add oil then fry all the Paneer till it light brown.

    Take a pan add oil then add ginger, garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min.

    Add capsicum fry for 1min.

    Add all the sauce, red chilli powder and vinegar fry for 2min on medium flame.

    Take a bowl add corn flour then add 2tablespoons water mix it well and put it in pan mix it well then add 1/4 glass water cook for 2min.

    Add fried Paneer mix it well and cook for 5min then turn off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
