Paneer Chilli Restaurant Style

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms paneer-(cube chopped)


  • 1 cups oil


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 inch ginger(grated)


  • 5 piece garlic(finely chopped)


  • 2 nos onion-medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 nos capsicum(medium sized-finely chopped)


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves(finely chopped)

Directions

  • Take a bowl add panner then add soya sauce, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon corn flour mix it well.
  • Take a pan add oil then fry all the Paneer till it light brown.
  • Take a pan add oil then add ginger, garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min.
  • Add capsicum fry for 1min.
  • Add all the sauce, red chilli powder and vinegar fry for 2min on medium flame.
  • Take a bowl add corn flour then add 2tablespoons water mix it well and put it in pan mix it well then add 1/4 glass water cook for 2min.
  • Add fried Paneer mix it well and cook for 5min then turn off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
