Wash redish or mooli with leaves properly
Chop it finely and keep aside
Heat sufficient oil 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds and let them sputter
Add turmeric powder and red chilly powder
Add finely chopped Mooli or redish and it's leaves
Add salt as per taste and mix well
Cook covered for some time
Add chana dal flour, mix well and cook covered again for next 5 minutes
Mix well and it's ready to serve
Serve hot immediately with soft phulkas or steamed rice
