Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1-2 nos reddish with leave


  • 1 cups chana dal flour/ besan


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash redish or mooli with leaves properly
  • Chop it finely and keep aside
  • Heat sufficient oil 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan
  • Add mustard seeds and let them sputter
  • Add turmeric powder and red chilly powder
  • Add finely chopped Mooli or redish and it's leaves
  • Add salt as per taste and mix well
  • Cook covered for some time
  • Add chana dal flour, mix well and cook covered again for next 5 minutes
  • Mix well and it's ready to serve
  • Serve hot immediately with soft phulkas or steamed rice
