Potato -medium sized (boiled and mashed) 2 nos
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Garlic (grated) 2 piece

Onion,medium sized(finely chopped) 1 nos
Paneer (grated) 1 tbsp
Green Chili(finely chopped) 1 piece
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Rice(Soaked 30min) 1/2 cups
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Sauce 1 tsp
Take a bowl add soaked rice then add red chilli powder mix it well and keep it aside.
Take a bowl add mashed potato then add panner, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt to taste, green chilli, corn flour, bread crumbs, onion mix it well.
Take a steamer add water in Base and preheat it on medium flame.
Make ball from the potatoes mixture then coat it with soaked rice.
Take a steamer plate Greece it with oil then put the dumplings and steam it on medium flame for 15min-18min.
Rice flower dumplings is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and with Tomato sauce.
