Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms chicken mince


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 2 nos finely chopped green chilli


  • 3-4 nos garlic cloves chopped


  • 1 tbsp red chilli pwdr


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp garam masala pwdr


  • 2 nos onions chopped (following ingredients for gravy)


  • 2-3 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 cups beaten curd


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp garam masala pwdr


  • 1 tsp coriander pwdr


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwdr


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi pwdr


  • 2 nos boiled eggs grated

Directions

  • for kofta : in a mixing bowl combine the kofta ingredients (chicken mince,egg,onion,chillies,garlic,red chilli pwdr,salt, garam masala) & make smooth dough
  • pinch out equal lemon size balls & deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
  • for gravy: heat oil in a kadhai . add the onions & saute until brown. add the dry masalas, tomato puree, & stir well. add the beaten curd & milk . let it simmer for few minutes.
  • add the fried koftas, grated boiled eggs, kasoori methi pwdr.
  • Serve hot with steam rice or parathas
