Ingredients

chicken mince 500 gms
egg 1 nos
finely chopped onion 1 nos
finely chopped green chilli 2 nos
garlic cloves chopped 3-4 nos
red chilli pwdr 1 tbsp
salt 2 pinch
garam masala pwdr 1 tbsp
onions chopped (following ingredients for gravy) 2 nos
tomato puree 2-3 tbsp
beaten curd 1 cups
ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
milk 1/2 cups
garam masala pwdr 1 tsp
coriander pwdr 1 tsp
red chilli pwdr 1 tsp
salt 1 pinch
kasoori methi pwdr 1 tsp
boiled eggs grated 2 nos
Directions
for kofta : in a mixing bowl combine the kofta ingredients (chicken mince,egg,onion,chillies,garlic,red chilli pwdr,salt, garam masala) & make smooth dough
pinch out equal lemon size balls & deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
for gravy: heat oil in a kadhai . add the onions & saute until brown. add the dry masalas, tomato puree, & stir well. add the beaten curd & milk . let it simmer for few minutes.
add the fried koftas, grated boiled eggs, kasoori methi pwdr.
Serve hot with steam rice or parathas
