Ingredients

  • chicken mince 500 gms

  • egg 1 nos

  • finely chopped onion 1 nos

  • finely chopped green chilli 2 nos

  • garlic cloves chopped 3-4 nos

  • red chilli pwdr 1 tbsp

  • salt 2 pinch

  • garam masala pwdr 1 tbsp

  • onions chopped (following ingredients for gravy) 2 nos

  • tomato puree 2-3 tbsp

  • beaten curd 1 cups

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • milk 1/2 cups

  • garam masala pwdr 1 tsp

  • coriander pwdr 1 tsp

  • red chilli pwdr 1 tsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • kasoori methi pwdr 1 tsp

  • boiled eggs grated 2 nos

Directions

  • 01

    for kofta : in a mixing bowl combine the kofta ingredients (chicken mince,egg,onion,chillies,garlic,red chilli pwdr,salt, garam masala) & make smooth dough

    pinch out equal lemon size balls & deep fry in hot oil until golden brown

  • 03

    for gravy: heat oil in a kadhai . add the onions & saute until brown. add the dry masalas, tomato puree, & stir well. add the beaten curd & milk . let it simmer for few minutes.

    add the fried koftas, grated boiled eggs, kasoori methi pwdr.

    Serve hot with steam rice or parathas
