Ingredients

  • Spongeguard 1/2 kgs

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Jeera 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Jeggary Chopped 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Tomato 2 nos

  • Garlic Cloves Crushed 2 tsp

Directions

    Wash and lightly peel off all turai or sponge guard

  • 02

    Chop vertically and keep aside

  • 03

    Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds and then jeera

  • 04

    Add all spices and then add finely chopped tomato and crushed garlic

  • 05

    Saute' till soft

  • 06

    Now add chopped sponge guard and add salt as per taste

  • 07

    Mic well and cook covered till done and soft

  • 08

    Mix and turn in between

    Lastly add chopped coriander and serve hot immediately with soft phulkas Parathas or puri chapati and enjoy endlessly
