Ingredients

Serves 2

  • wheat flour 150 gms

  • curd fresh 100 gms

  • Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

  • water 250 ml

  • fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cups

  • green chilly chopped 2 nos

  • chaat mssala 1 tsp

  • onion chopped 2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Add whole wheat flour, salt,vcurd mix it well. Add water to make a batter. There is no lumbs.

    Cover the batter for 1 hour

    Now add chopped onion green chillies, coriander leaves, chat masala, mix it well. Now add turmeric powder in it and mix well.

    Heat a nonstick pan,pour some oil on it.

    Spread 2 tbsp of batter on it on low flame. Sprinkle some oil on it.

    Now flip the cheela and cook on medium flame.

  • 07

    Serve hot with green chutney.
