  • 150 gms wheat flour

  • 100 gms curd fresh

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 250 ml water

  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander leaves chopped

  • 2 nos green chilly chopped

  • 1 tsp chaat mssala

  • 2 nos onion chopped

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • Add whole wheat flour, salt,vcurd mix it well. Add water to make a batter. There is no lumbs.
  • Cover the batter for 1 hour
  • Now add chopped onion green chillies, coriander leaves, chat masala, mix it well. Now add turmeric powder in it and mix well.
  • Heat a nonstick pan,pour some oil on it.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of batter on it on low flame. Sprinkle some oil on it.
  • Now flip the cheela and cook on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
