Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups finely chopped onion


  • 1 cups finely chopped carrot


  • 1 cups finely chopped cauliflower


  • 1 cups finely chopped french beans


  • 2 cups tomato paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts paste


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp green peas

Directions

  • Heat 4-5 cups of water and add all finely chopped veggies in to it and cover it for 5 minutes . (Don't add onion)
  • Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute till golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute'
  • Add tomato paste and cashew nuts paste and mix well
  • Saute on low heat and add all spices
  • Saute' till nice aroma comes
  • Remive excess water from veggies
  • Add all veggies in to pan , mix well and add salt to taste
  • Mix well and cook covered for next 5 minutes
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot immediately with soft phulkas , Parathas , puri , or naan amd Enjoy endlessly
