Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Finely chopped onion 1 cups

  • Finely chopped carrot 1 cups

  • Finely chopped cauliflower 1 cups

  • Finely chopped french beans 1 cups

  • Tomato paste 2 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

  • kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp

  • Cashew Nuts Paste 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • green peas 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Heat 4-5 cups of water and add all finely chopped veggies in to it and cover it for 5 minutes . (Don't add onion)

    Heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute till golden brown

  • 03

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute'

  • 04

    Add tomato paste and cashew nuts paste and mix well

  • 05

    Saute on low heat and add all spices

  • 06

    Saute' till nice aroma comes

    Remive excess water from veggies

  • 08

    Add all veggies in to pan , mix well and add salt to taste

  • 09

    Mix well and cook covered for next 5 minutes

  • 10

    Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot immediately with soft phulkas , Parathas , puri , or naan amd Enjoy endlessly
