Ingredients

Serves 4

  • boneless chicken, diced 250 gms

  • Ginger Paste 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Onions,thinly sliced 3/4 cups

  • Salt to taste 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Chaat Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1 pinch

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Chickpea Flour or Besan 1/2 cups

  • Rice Flour 4 tbsp

  • Oil for deep frying 1/2 litre

  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

Directions

    Wash the chicken and drain all the water. Chicken should be partially moist

  • 02

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil.

    Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame on medium low heat

  • 04

    Take a small portion from the marinated chicken and make a small ball.

  • 05

    Deep fry till golden from all sides. Make sure the chicken is properly cooked.

    Serve chicken pakoras with Kadak masala chai
