Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos chicken legs, whole


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp hung curd


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Wash and pat dry the chicken legs. Make gashes
  • Marinate with salt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Keep aside for 30 mins
  • Now in a bowl mix together rest of the ingredients except oil.
  • Marinate the chicken and set aside for 3 hours
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place the chicken legs and brush with oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, turn over the chicken and brush with oil and grill for another 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice on Tandoori Shaan-E-Raan and serve with onions
