In a thick bottom pan take milk and boil it.
Add lemon juice and stir till milk curdles
Drain curdled milk into a muslin cloth.
Pour water and clean the paneer and squeeze of the water
Hang the kerchief for 25 mins till all the water drains out.
Take the paneer and kneed it till it turns smooth.
Make small balls of paneer and keep aside.
Take a deep vessel and add 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 cardom pods and 6 cups water boil it for about 10 min.
Drop prepared paneer balls to sugar syrup and cook it for about 15 min so that the balls become double the size.
Finall serve rasgullas with sugar syrup.
