Ingredients

Serves 5

  • chicken breast boneless 500 gms

  • For Marination: Olive Oil 2 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp

  • Paprika 1 tsp

  • Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Cilantro 2 tbsp

  • Onion Powder 1/2 tsp

  • For platter: small red Bell pepper thinly sliced 1 nos

  • small yellow Bell pepper thinly sliced 1 nos

  • Onion thinly Sliced 1 nos

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl add all ingredients mentioned under marination section and mix well

    Thinly slice chicken breasts and add to Marination. Coat well. Refrigerate for 1 hour

    In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil, saute onions for 2 minutes

    Add bell peppers and salt. Saute until onions are tender

  • 05

    Take the bell pepper mixture outside. Add 1 tbsp oil to same pan

    Add marinated chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes or until done

  • 07

    Add bell pepper mixture to pan. Cook for a minute. fajitas are ready

  • 08

    Chicken Fajitas can be served with tortillas or rice. If using with tortillas, add fajitas at centre, top with sour cream and cheese or salsa. Serve warm
