Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - cut into thick slice 500 gms

  • Garlic - crushed 6-7 nos

  • Salt -as required 1 tsp

  • Five spice powder 1/2 tsp

  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

  • Red chili paste 1/2 tbsp

  • Honey 1 tsp

  • Viniger 1 tsp

  • Asian five spice powder ingredients ----- cinnamon stick 1/2 inch

  • Cloves 3-4 nos

  • Fennel Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Star Anise 1 nos

  • Sichuan Pepper 1/2 tsp

    Take all Asian five spice ingredients ,dry roast all till fragnant , then put into the blender and make fine powder...

    Now take chicken thick stripes . Marinate chicken with asian five spice powder , salt to taste , soya sauce, viniger, honey and red chili paste..

    Marinate chicken for 1 hr.

    Then heat a skillet with 1 tbsp oil , add marinated chicken with marination ..fry chicken both sides on low - medium heat until browned and crispy and the inside of chicken cooked through..

    Dishout chicken and serve immediately with blunch vegetables and lettuce or whatever you like..
