Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups boiled aalu


  • 2 cups paneer


  • 1/2 cups cheese grated


  • 1/2 cups chopped badam


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 cups maida;for coating


  • 4 cups oil,for fry


  • 2 cups onion,chopped


  • 2 cups tomatoes,chopped


  • 1/2 cups cashew nuts paste


  • 3 tbsp oil for gravy


  • 2 tbsp haldi powder


  • 2 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 cups malai


  • 1 tsp kasturi methi ,crushed


  • 2 tbsp lal mirch


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1 tbsp garam masala

Directions

  • In a bowl add aalu,paneer,cheese,dryfruits,cornflour,haldi,laal mirch,salt, and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Meanwhile heat oil. Now make its small balls and coat it with maida and keep aside.
  • Now oil is ready and now put all the balls toghether and fry them till golden brown.
  • In a kadhai add oil and heat it well. Now add onions and saute them well. After 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  • Now add all the spices salt,laal mirch,haldi, Garam masala and mix all well.
  • Now add in tomatoes and kaju paste amd then cook till the oil seperates.
  • Now let it cool and after that blend it amd make its smoothest paste (without lumps)
  • Now put the paste back into the same kadhai now add sugar and malai and mix well and add water also for your consistency.
  • After its ready add in kasturi methi and mix well. Amd cover with a lid and let it aside.
