Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boiled aalu 2 cups

  • Paneer 2 cups

  • Cheese Grated 1/2 cups

  • Chopped Badam 1/2 cups

  • Cornflour 1 tbsp

  • Maida;for coating 1 cups

  • Oil,for fry 4 cups

  • Onion,chopped 2 cups

  • Tomatoes,chopped 2 cups

  • Cashew nuts paste 1/2 cups

  • Oil for gravy 3 tbsp

  • Haldi powder 2 tbsp

  • Salt 2 1/2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/2 tbsp

  • Malai 1 cups

  • Kasturi Methi ,crushed 1 tsp

  • Lal Mirch 2 tbsp

  • Water 1/4 cups

  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl add aalu,paneer,cheese,dryfruits,cornflour,haldi,laal mirch,salt, and mix all the ingredients well.

    Meanwhile heat oil. Now make its small balls and coat it with maida and keep aside.

    Now oil is ready and now put all the balls toghether and fry them till golden brown.

    In a kadhai add oil and heat it well. Now add onions and saute them well. After 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste and saute.

    Now add all the spices salt,laal mirch,haldi, Garam masala and mix all well.

    Now add in tomatoes and kaju paste amd then cook till the oil seperates.

    Now let it cool and after that blend it amd make its smoothest paste (without lumps)

    Now put the paste back into the same kadhai now add sugar and malai and mix well and add water also for your consistency.

    After its ready add in kasturi methi and mix well. Amd cover with a lid and let it aside.
