Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms chicken


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 1/4 cups malai or cream


  • 2 tbsp green chili paste


  • 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp green food colour


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 3 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos cheese cube

Directions

  • In a bowl take green chilli paste ,ginger garlic paste , all the dry masala , food colour and oil. Mix it well.
  • Add chicken to it. Keep it aside for 4 - 5 hours.
  • Take butter in a pan and add chicken to it.
  • Cover the lid and cook till it becomes soft.
  • Add black pepper powder.
  • Garnish with grated cheese. Served with green chutney.
