Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken 500 gms

  • Curd 1/4 cups

  • Malai or Cream 1/4 cups

  • Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp

  • Green Food Colour 1/4 tsp

  • oIL 1 tsp

  • Butter 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Cheese Cube 1 nos

Directions

    In a bowl take green chilli paste ,ginger garlic paste , all the dry masala , food colour and oil. Mix it well.

    Add chicken to it. Keep it aside for 4 - 5 hours.

    Take butter in a pan and add chicken to it.

  • 04

    Cover the lid and cook till it becomes soft.

  • 05

    Add black pepper powder.

  • 06

    Garnish with grated cheese. Served with green chutney.
