Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

  • Palin Flour 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Seeraga samba rice 1/2 kgs

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomato 2 nos

  • green chilli 4 nos

  • Thick Coconut Milk 2 cups

  • Mint leaves&corinder leaves-handful 1 nos

  • Cloves 6 nos

  • Green Cardamom 4 nos

  • Balck Cardamom 1 nos

  • Bay Leaves 1 nos

  • Cinnamon Stick 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

Directions

    For chicken 65: add boneless chicken,chilli powder,Coriander powder,garam masala powder,egg,gg paste,salt,corn flour,plain flour marinate all these for 4 hrs or over night.deep fry this and set aside.

    For biryani:add ghee and oil in a pot,add all cloves,cardomom,bayleaves,cinnamon and chopped onion nd fry it tull golden brown,add greenchillies,tomato and gg paste.saute till raw smell leaves.add mint leaves and coriander leaves.now add coconut milk,salt and soaked seeraga samba rice and cook it till 3/4th.after it's cooked add fried chicken 65 and keep it in dum for 10 mins. 65 biryani is ready.
