For chilli chicken :Chicken Strips 300 gms
Onion Cubes 1 bowls
Capsicum Cubes 1 bowls
chopped garlic 4 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce 2 tsp
Green Chili Sauce 2 tsp
Green Chili 5 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tsp
spring onion 3 tsp
Egg 1 nos
Corn flour 4 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
For Hakka Noodles:Hakka Noodles(boiled) 100 gms
chopped cabbage 1/4 cups
Chopped Carrot 1/2 cups
onion 1 nos
chopped garlic 2 tsp
capsicum 1 nos
Chopped spring onion 3 tsp
Marinate the chicken strips with salt, egg,pepper powder, green chilli sauce,soya sauce , tomato sauce & corn flour.Keep it for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, fry the chicken strips in hot oil & then take out.
Now heat 2 tspn oil in a pan & add chopped garlic.
Add chopped onion ,salt & capsicum cubes & saute it till soft.
Add all sauces & spring onion.Cook it for few minutes.
When the mixture became soft , add fried chicken ,green chilli & cook it for few mins.
Now make a mixture of 2tspn cornflour & 4tspn water.
Mix the mixture to chicken.Stir it 5 mins more & then sift it to a bowl.Its ready now.
Now for hakka noodles boil the noodles in water with a pinch of salt & a tspn oil.
Heat 2 tspn oil,add chopped garlic & onion.Saute it for a while.
Add chopped carrot, cabbage & capsicum.
Add all sauces, salt & cook it properly.
When the mixture became soft add the boiled noodles.
Add chooped spring onion & green chilli.
Toss it in high flame for 3 to 4 mins.
Its ready now...Serve it immrdiately.
