Chicken 500 gms
Minced Chicken 250 gms
Finely Chopped Onions 3 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Tomatoes 2 nos
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt according to taste or 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cups
Mint Leaves 1/4 cups
Green Chilly Chopped 2 nos
For Marination: Curd 1 cups
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Green Cardamom 4 nos
Black Peppercorns 10-15 nos
Cloves 50 nos
Mace 1/2 inch
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Heat a pan and dry roast Green cardamom, cumin seeds, Cloves, black peppercorns, Nutmeg & mace. transfer in a grinder and grind it in to a fine powder.
Wash chicken and add curd, Dry masala and one teaspoon salt in it. Mix well and keep aside for 30 min.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add onions in it and saute until become golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and soute for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and green chilly in it and saute until oil separates.
Add salt and pepper and turmeric powder in it. Mix well.
Add marinated chicken in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes.
Add minced chicken, corriander leaves and mint leaves in it. Mix well and cook until moisture dries and oil separates.
Add half glass water in it. Mix well and cook on low flame until done.
It's ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
