Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Chicken 1 kgs

  • Besan or Gram Flour 1 cups

  • Onion sliced 3 nos

  • Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • red Chili powder 2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • cumin powder 1 tbsp

  • coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • bay leaves 2 nos

  • green cardamom 10 nos

  • cloves 8 nos

  • Cinnamon Stick 3 nos

  • Salt to taste maximum 2 tbsp

  • Oil 2 cups

Directions

    Marinate the chicken with sliced onion, ginger-garlic paste, oil, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder & coriander powder & rest it for 30 minutes.

    Now heat oil & add the whole spices. Saute well.

    Then add remaining sliced onion & fry them.

    After this add besan or gram flour & stir continuously otherwise it will be burn.

    When the besan soaks the oil add the marinated chicken in to it. Stire well & add 1 cup water. Simmer it till the chicken become tender & nicely cooked.

  • 06

    Stire the chicken between cooking process.
