Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 1 cups besan or gram flour


  • 3 nos onion sliced


  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp red chili powder


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp cumin powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 10 nos green cardamom


  • 8 nos cloves


  • 3 nos cinnamon stick


  • 2 tbsp salt to taste maximum


  • 2 cups oil

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken with sliced onion, ginger-garlic paste, oil, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder & coriander powder & rest it for 30 minutes.
  • Now heat oil & add the whole spices. Saute well.
  • Then add remaining sliced onion & fry them.
  • After this add besan or gram flour & stir continuously otherwise it will be burn.
  • When the besan soaks the oil add the marinated chicken in to it. Stire well & add 1 cup water. Simmer it till the chicken become tender & nicely cooked.
  • Stire the chicken between cooking process.
