Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken Thighs 500 gms

  • Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Ginger Paste 2 tbsp

  • Strands of Curry Leaves 2 nos

  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder 2 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice/Vinegar 4 tbsp

  • Rice Flour 4 tbsp

  • Oil 250 ml

Directions

    Grind garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly.

  • 02

    Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  • 03

    Leave to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

  • 04

    Deep fry till golden.
