Ingredients

  • Chicken clean n washed 1 kgs

  • Haldi Powder 2 tsp

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Saltt 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 2 nos

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Mustard Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Real thai Cocount Milk Tin 1 nos

  • red thai curry paste 3-4 tbsp

  • jaggery/tamarind paste 3 tbsp

  • Amul fresh cream box 1 nos

  • Ginger Grated 1 nos

  • Kafir Lime Leaves 3-4 nos

Directions

  • 01

    in a mixing bowl combine chicken pieces with haldi pwdr, gibger-garlic paste,salt, lemon juice & coriander pwdr. marinate in this mixture for 2 hrs atleast

    heat oil in pan & add the marinated chicken. cook for a while. when done remove in a dish & keep aside.

    in another mixing bowl combine coconut milk,red curry paste, amul cream, tamarind/jaggery paste,

    mix well & keep aside.

    heat non stick kadhai. heat oil . add grated ginger & lime leaves.add coconut milk mixture, cooked chicken. Simmer the gravy on medium flame for 7-8 minutes. chk for salt. cook until oil floats on top.

    Garnish with grated coconut & Serve hot with malabari parathas
