  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Hung Curd 1/2 kgs

  • Amul Fresh Cream Box 1 nos

  • Lemon Juice of Lemon 3 nos

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Edible Red Tandoori Color 1 tsp

  • everest Chicken Tandoori masala 1 tbsp

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • kasoori methi & mint pwdr 1 tsp

  • mayonnaise 3 tbsp

  • Milk 3 cups

  • Milk Powder 3 tbsp

Directions

    Method : mix (half quantity)dahi, masalas, lemon juice, ginger/garlic paste, beat well & marinate chkn. In another bowl mix amul cream,mayonise, curd & lil beat of milk & milk powder. Mix well. Bake the chkn in a pre-heated oven. Heat kadhai & heat 3-4 tbsp oil. When done transfer the cooked chkn in the kadhai.

    Add the kasoori methi & mint powder. Mix well & cook on slow flame. Add a piece of burning charcoal. After few minutes remove the charcoal and add the curd cream mixture & milk. Don't overcook. Add butter for more enhanced taste.
