Thigh and Leg Chicken Pieces 2 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tsp
Dahi 1/2 cups
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ajwain Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder/ Jeera Powder 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala Powder 1 tsp
Haldi Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Tomato Puree 3 nos
Cut through the thigh and leg of the chicken piece.
Apply ginger garlic paste,curd,1/2 spoon garam masala powder,1/2 spoon Jeera powder,1/2 spoon red chili powder,haldi powder,1/2 spoon tandoori Masala powder, salt to taste,1 spoon oil, coriander leaves
Keep it aside for 2 hours.
Heat wok then add oil and ghee, tomato puree,salt,1/2 spoon Red chilli powder,1/2 jeera powder,1/2 garam masala powder,1/2 tandoori Masala powder and the marinated chicken.
Cover the wok and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
Cook it on low flame for more 5 minutes.
Roast it over the flame.
Now roasted chicken is ready to be sarved.
Enjoy roasted chicken with green chutney.
