Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos thigh and leg chicken pieces


  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups dahi


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp ajwain powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder/ jeera powder


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 3 nos tomato puree

Directions

  • Cut through the thigh and leg of the chicken piece.
  • Apply ginger garlic paste,curd,1/2 spoon garam masala powder,1/2 spoon Jeera powder,1/2 spoon red chili powder,haldi powder,1/2 spoon tandoori Masala powder, salt to taste,1 spoon oil, coriander leaves
  • Keep it aside for 2 hours.
  • Heat wok then add oil and ghee, tomato puree,salt,1/2 spoon Red chilli powder,1/2 jeera powder,1/2 garam masala powder,1/2 tandoori Masala powder and the marinated chicken.
  • Cover the wok and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
  • Cook it on low flame for more 5 minutes.
  • Roast it over the flame.
  • Now roasted chicken is ready to be sarved.
  • Enjoy roasted chicken with green chutney.
