Make a paste of fresh malai, dry red chilli, kashmiri red chilli & green chilli.
Marinate the chicken with salt, curd, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
Now heat oil & fry the baby onions for few minutes.Take out after that.
Add onion_ginger_garlic paste in the same oil & saute it for a while.
Add tomato paste & mix it well.
Add marinated chicken.
Add cream paste & all spices.Stir it constantly to avoid burning.
After 10 to 15 minutes add some hot water.Cover it & boil the chicken properly.
When it is boiled, open the lid,add crushed kasuri methi, fried baby onion & garam masala.
Cook it for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice & parantha.
