chicken cut into 8-10 pieces 1 kgs
Beaten Curd 4 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Edible Yellow Colour 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 nos
Roasted Sesame Seeds 100 gms
Salt 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Onions sliced and fried 2-3 nos
mint-coriander leaves chopped 1 cups
milk 1 cups
fresh cream 200 ml
haldi pwdr 1 tsp
saffron strands soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk 4-5 nos
saffron strands for garnish 3-4 nos
bay leaves 2 nos
Blend curd, fried onions, yellow color, lemon juice, salt, pepper pwdr,milk,cream,sesame seeds, & haldi pwdr to smooth paste.
marinate chicken in this mixture for 4-5 hrs
heat oil. add bay leaves. add ginger-garlic paste & saute for few minutes.
add the marinated chicken & cook on high heat for few minutes.
add the saffron milk mixture. cover & cook until chicken is tender.
add coriander-mint leaves .
transfer in a serving dish & garnish with remaining saffron strands.
