Blend curd, fried onions, yellow color, lemon juice, salt, pepper pwdr,milk,cream,sesame seeds, & haldi pwdr to smooth paste.
marinate chicken in this mixture for 4-5 hrs
heat oil. add bay leaves. add ginger-garlic paste & saute for few minutes.
add the marinated chicken & cook on high heat for few minutes.
add the saffron milk mixture. cover & cook until chicken is tender.
add coriander-mint leaves .
transfer in a serving dish & garnish with remaining saffron strands.
