Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos whole chicken cut into pieces


  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce


  • 1 tsp red & green chilli paste


  • 2 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 nos onions blended to paste


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 3 nos eggs beaten


  • 2 cups breadcrumbs


  • 1 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • mix sezwan sauce, red& green chilli sauce , salt, vinegar, black pepper pwdr, in a big bowl .
  • marinate chicken in this mixture for 3-4 hrs
  • heat oil in a kadhai . add the onion paste & saute till golden . add the marinated chicken & cook till chicken is tender & mixture semi dry.
  • let the chicken cool down.
  • meanwhile beat eggs with salt & chilli powder.
  • roll the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs & then dip in egg. repeat the process for double coating
  • heat oil in a kadhai & fry on medium heat till golden brown
  • serve hot with dips or makhani gravy
