Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
Add tomato,onion,garlic, dry kashmiri red chilli ,cumin seeds & coriander seeds in boiling water.
Make it cool for few minutes & then make a paste of it.
Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds & let it crackle.
Add masala paste in it & stir it constantly.
When it will start to leave the oil,add marinated chicken.
Stir it for few minutes.
Add all spices & salt.
Stir it constantly & cook the chicken properly.
When it is boiled enough add a cup of hot water.
Cook it for another 5 minutes , add garam masala & switch off the flame
Its taste is totally different just for pav bhaji flavour.Serve it with any Indian bread.
