Chili Powder 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Jeera Powder 1/4 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
Plain Flour(maida) 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 4 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cups
Carrot,sliced and steamed 1 nos
Onion,sliced 1 nos
Capsicum,cubed 1/2 nos
French Fries 10 nos
Lettuce Leaves 2 nos
Directions
maginate chicken slice with chili powder,garam masala, pepper powder,jeera powder Nd salt to taste Nd keep aside
to make brown sauce...in a pan add butter maida sauté for a min then add all sauces given in ingredients Nd 1/2 cup of water Nd stir continues till it becomes little thick add a pinch of salt Nd look like glaze
keep aside
in a grill pan add 1/4 tsp butter/olive oil grill onion ,capsicum Nd steamed carrot Nd keep aside
in a same pan add 1tsp olive oil Nd grill marinated chicken slices
mean while aside heat sizzler plate
place heated sizzler plate in wooden tray
then arrange lettuce leaves in sizzler plate then above it keep grilled chicken slices then French fries grilled vegetables
above it pour some brown sauce over it
add some butter on sides of the lettuce leaves for sizzling effect
