Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms chicken pieces


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts paste


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 1 tsp white pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 100 gms butter

Directions

  • METHODMarinate chicken with all above listed ingredients except butter.Keep in the fridge for two hour.Melt butter in a pan.Place chicken pieces and roast it on low flame.Every three mins turn the side of the chicken pieces.Serve hot with onion rings
