Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups for batter: rawa


  • 1/2 cups dahi


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 150 gms for kheema mixture: mince chicken


  • 1 nos capsicum chopped


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp garlic chopped


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients of batter in curd and keep aside for 10 min
  • Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add garlic onion and saite on high flame
  • Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well
  • Add mince chicken and cover for 10 min.
  • Add meat masala and coriander leaves
  • Now take batter and add some water to make desired consistency.
  • Pour on a tawa with some oil and spread kheema on top
  • Flip it and cook on both sides.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
