Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp oil


  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 2-3 nos bay leaves


  • 2 nos choppe donion


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 tsp dry masala


  • 2 nos chopped tomatoes


  • 2 nos tomato puree


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp dri masala-cumin


  • 1 tsp methi seeds


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 2 tsp dry coriander


  • 3 nos red chillies

Directions

  • Method _Heat some oil in the kadhai then add bay leaves, onion, ginger garlic pest and let it cook ,make a masala pwd by grinding cumin, methi seeds,black paper, coriander and red chilli.. To tha mixture add salt,turmeric red chilli pwd, dri coriander, cumin pwd, DRI masala tomato and water,add tomato pure,coriander leave chicken pieces and mix properly let it cook for 10,15 min add 1/2 cup water band mix it and let it cook with cover for 15 min add the dri masala garam masala & coriander leave ....kadhai chicken ready to be served yummy ...
