  • Oil 2-3 tsp

  • Chicken 1 kgs

  • Bay Leaves 2-3 nos

  • Choppe dOnion 2 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Dry Masala 2 tsp

  • chopped tomatoes 2 nos

  • Tomato Puree 2 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 sprig

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Dri Masala-Cumin 1 tsp

  • Methi Seeds 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

  • Dry Coriander 2 tsp

  • Red Chillies 3 nos

    Method _Heat some oil in the kadhai then add bay leaves, onion, ginger garlic pest and let it cook ,make a masala pwd by grinding cumin, methi seeds,black paper, coriander and red chilli.. To tha mixture add salt,turmeric red chilli pwd, dri coriander, cumin pwd, DRI masala tomato and water,add tomato pure,coriander leave chicken pieces and mix properly let it cook for 10,15 min add 1/2 cup water band mix it and let it cook with cover for 15 min add the dri masala garam masala & coriander leave ....kadhai chicken ready to be served yummy ...
