  • Boiled Eggs 6 nos

  • Boiled Potatoes 4 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp

  • Onion Paste 1 cups

  • Tomato Puree 1 cups

  • kasuri methi 1/2 tsp

  • Green Coriander 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Boiled eggsko peel kar cut kar le.

  • 02

    Wok main oil heat kar boiled potatoko cut karfry kar le.

    Aloo nikal kar garlic saute kar onion paste add jar bhune ginger,dry masala,tomato puree dal kar masala ready kar aloo dale bhune phir boiled water dal kar gravy bana le.

    Kasuri methi addkare.

  • 05

    Boiled eggs carefully gravy main rakhe upper se fresh coriander garnish kar serve kare.
