Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add butter and knead the entire mixture until crumbly
Add egg and knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and salt and saute until soft
Add chicken and cook until it starts changing colours
Add red chilli powder and pepper with mushrooms. Cook for a minute
Preheat oven to 180. Grease tart moulds
Dust surface with flour. Roll the dough and cut in circles little bigger than tart moulds
Place these roundels in moulds and trim off excess edges with knife. place these moulds in baking tray
Punch bottom of crust with fork. Add the chicken stuffing to crust and bake for 25-30 minutes
When 10 minutes is left, take out baking tray, add cheese at centre and continue baking
Garnish with parsley and serve warm
